Who is Liz?

Hi, my name is Liz . Who is Liz ? I am ! I'm the new "JabberJay101" writer ! How cool is that ?! I know what you're thinking ! "What is this new girl doing here ?! I thought the writers were Aud, Krazy, Sprinkles, and India !" Well, you thought right. But the creator of "JabberJay101"(Aud) asked me if i wanted to be a writer for this blog ! How sweet is she ?! Very . She's my bestfriend ! So to get started on this blog, I decided that I would tell you 10 things about myself . Here we go !

1. I'm from Mexico ! (and yes I can speak Spanish)

2. (You guys are gonna hate me for this !) I don't like Peanut Butter ! It makes me sick !

3. I LOVE Justin Bieber and One Direction ! (My favorite type of music is mostly Pop)

4. I have a Youtube channel named "LizBieber101"

5. I LOVE and am OBSESSED with the Hunger Games !!! (TEAM PEETA) And I'm almost done with "Mockingjay" the 3rd book in the series !

6. I learned to run before I learned to walk ! Haha

7. Summer is my favorite season .

8.My favorite food is Chinese/Japenese Food

9. My nicknameis Taco, so you can call me Liz or Taco . I don't mind ! :)

10. My favorite colors are pink, lime green, teal or light blue, and purple !

Writing Phase

Hey guys, I'm sorry we haven't posted in a while, but in case you haven't heard, we are writing a book.  Right now we are in a writing phase where we are focusing on the book for a while.  Unfortunately this writing could last a while, so if you could give us patience, that would be great.  We will still be sharing a couple of posts now and then, but don't expect four every day.  We also hope to continue working on this blog after we have finished our book, and we really love sharing our thoughts with you guys.

Twilight *MOVIE*

This movie was very good and I enjoyed it. If you've read the summary for Twilight *BOOK* then that's basically what it's about! WARNING: You will fall in love with Edward or Jacob. I'm team Edward!

The only thing I didn't is that it left some of the important parts in the book out..

Forgotten *Sneak Peek*

Here is page one of Forgotten!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            The only noise in the lab was the soft clinking noise of metal tools and test tubes. The latest chemical is being put through intense care and research, until a shocking discovery changed it all.

 “I Found IT! I Found IT!” screamed a short man with curly brown hair and deep brown eyes.

            “What is it Mr. Willand?”

            “I found the special power of Aboction!”

            “And what might that be?”

            “It’s a substance that can turn ghosts into immortal humans.”

 

Taking In

I watched the rain fall from the sky and onto the marsh land that I now have to call home. Mom says it’s not always like this, but how can I believe her? She promised we’d live in Texas forever. She promised we’d live in our big house with a perfect neighborhood forever. She promised Dad would be here, but he’s not.

            “Aubree, you can’t sit here all day. Now I know you’re at that stage, the 17 year old stage, and you think you can do whatever you want, but please go out. Have fun, meet friends. I want you to be happy.” My half-blind mom said behind me. One hand was secured around a laundry bin, while the other was patting my back. I shrugged her hand off gently.

            “Mom, it’s going to take a while for me to get used to West Virginia. It’s a land of beauty right? Might as well watch it, okay?”

            “Will you go to school tomorrow?” She asked urgently. I smiled and nodded. And with that my mom walked upstairs to finish unpacking. After a couple minutes of watching the rain pour, I got up to find my Spicy Cheetos. I practically live on these things, and I honestly do not know how I would live without them. Quietly munching on the snack, I turned on my cell phone, only to find the most annoying ex-boyfriend ever.

 This song goes along with the book perfectly. (It's not like Twilight, trust me)

Forgotten*OUR LEGIT BOOK*

Sorry that I haven't been able to post in a while, but I bring exciting news... WE ARE WRITING OUR OUR OWN BOOK!!!!   I know Aud already told you about this, but she wasn't in on it till today at lunch (we came up with the ideas in gym yesterday).  Our book is (hopefully) going to be a saga (four books) that are called...

• Forgotten
• Lost 
• Missing
• Remembered

If you want to know more, COMMENT!!!!!  We have already written summaries to most of the books (also in gym),  and we hope to post them soon...  in fact,  I am heading to Kat's house to work on them in a few minutes. (Kat came up with the whole idea of writing a book, and then we came up with the base of the story)

My opinion about Starstruck *MOVIE*

As you saw earlier Krazy gave her opinion on Starstuck. Personally I think it's a HORRIBLE movie and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time watching it. I mean, we all have different opinions so if you want to watch it, watch it.

The Darkest Hour *MOVIE*

This movie is such a thriller. You'll fall in love with the story the moment you watch it! I loved this movie, and it was the first movie that my parents liked that I liked too.

SUMMARY
2 girls travel to Russia (i think) and 2 boys travel to Russia on a business meeting. The two groups meet up, only to soon find out about the creatures that have invaded the Earth. The story is mainly about how they fight to survival against the menacing creatures. I can't tell you guys too much.

This is a more personal blog that we just have fun with.  Sorry that I haven't written a review for a while, It took me a couple of hours to write this (there were lots of interruptions *cough* brothers*cough*).  Anyway, back to books...

HOUSE OF NIGHT SERIES *BOOK*

WARNING: THIS IS A LONG SERIES, AND IF YOU START... YOU CAN'T STOP!

This is a LONG series that has 8 (!!!!) books so far, with more to come.  These were written by P.C. Cast and her daughter Kristin Cast.  I would recommend this book for teens 12+ (it has some fairly bad parts).  Overall this was a drama FILLED series that is entertaining and popular.  However, this book is not for everyone.  I know a few people who have said they COULDN'T finish the series.  I also kind of feel like the series just keeps going on, and on, and on.  If I went back and read the first book, I would have been appalled at how much has changed.  You should at least read the first couple of books, to see if you like them.  I am only doing a summary of the first book so that I don't have to write to many reviews.

SUMMARY:

     Sixteen year-old Zoey Redbird was just Marked.  Being Marked means moving to a new school (The Tulsa House of Night) becoming a fledgling vampyre.  There she will train to become an adult vampyre; that is, if she survives the Change. 
     It isn't fun for Zoey to be torn away from her friends, and that's not all;  Zoey has been chosen by Nyx as a special, extraordinary fledgling.  Zoey discovers she has amazing gifts: bloodlust, affinities for all of the elements, and the ability to imprint with her human ex-boyfriend Heath. 

     And on top of all that, Aphrodite, leader of the Dark Daughters (an elite school group of fledglings), and total hag, is misusing her Goddess-given gifts, Zoey discovers she having power can ruin you.  But in the end Zoey must embrace her future and choose the right path- with a little help from her new vampyre friends.  Can Zoey be cool under pressure or will power crush her?  Read to find out what happens next.

StarStruck *MOVIE*

This movie definitely has to be one of my favorites! It's a Disney movie (of course) but I personally fell in love with this particular movie. Yes, it shows the trait of honesty throughout this movie, but it still makes me cry so much. It touches me, and it makes me more desperate. I think this movie has such an interesting story, but it's also a movie that's good enough for children over the age of 8. I think littler kids might try too much if we show them too much romance ;).
SUMMARY <3 I love this story!!!!
Jessica Olsen's sister Sarah Olsen has a huge obsession over pop-sensation Christopher Wilde. And an unmistakably coincidental visit to Hollywood, C.A. brings Sarah to more anticipation in meeting Christopher. Once at C.A. Sarah bargains Jessica to take her to
"Under 21" the club that Christopher Wilde sings, and spends most of his time at. Afterwards Jessica encounters Christopher and they soon become "friends." Christopher soon discovers that he has to choose his own life, he can't hides Jessica anymore, and he admits that he like Jessica. More things go on in between, like Christopher sinks Jessica's car, but I can't tell you much more! It will ruin the movie!

Soul Surfer *MOVIE*

Soul Surfer is a really awesome movie about letting nothing stand in your way to pursue your dream.

I bet all of you have heard about the story of Bethany Hamilton. Bethany was attacked by a shark and got her arm taken off. But that didn't stop her from being a professional surfer.

You Again *MOVIE*

This movie is one of my all-time favorites. It is such a good quick movie to watch and it might not be appropriate for kids under the age of 12 or so. I'm still under the age of 12 (not for long) but this movie was a must-watch. It's hilarious and romantic, and a little sad all at the same time! I have to tell you the story! It's such a sweet story!
SUMMARY
A PR professional (whatever that is) discovers that her brother (Will) is about to marry the girl (Joanna) that made her high school life the worst experience she'll ever suffer. In the story Marni (the professional) tries to ruin Joanna and "protect" Will from marrying who she thinks Joanna is. Joanna lost her parents to a fatal accident and proclaims Marni and Will's family has her real family. Marni finds clips and videos of Joanna's tormenting to Marni, and Marni invites Tim to the rehearsal dinner of the wedding. Tim was Joanna's ex, whom Joanna was supposedly engaged to, but never showed up for rehearsal dinner. Tim gives a long speech and serenades to Joanna, making Will very mad that Joanna never told him. (Will is a very honest man) Once Will saw what Joanna had did to Marni (Will's younger sister, and the professional) he storms out from the wedding and is not found until the next morning. During the night Joanna apologizes to Marni. They have a wedding but a surprising twist causes the wedding to be held at a hospital! (no, nobody got pregnant.)
It's an amazing movie and I highly recommend watching it. Oh, did I mention Marni and Will's mom and Joanna's aunt were arch-enemies too? You'll have to watch this amazing movie to find out what happens!

Abandon *BOOK*

Summary:

  Seventeen year-old Pierce Oliveria knows what its like to die.  She has been there.  But she escaped.  She discovers it is hard to stay alive when someone in the underworld wants her back.    Though she tries to keep the life she had before the accident, she is having a lot of trouble.  She feels... different somehow.  New town, new school, she tries to start fresh, but she just can't seem to keep him away.  She can't seem to stay away, and neither can he.  He is definitely not an angel, but he seems to alway appear when she is least expecting him, also the times she tends to need him the most.  John Hayden, the boy who went down with the ship.  If she's not carefull, she may end up back where she never wants to be again: dead. 

YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK!!!  I love Greek myths in the first place, so putting a twist on the tale of Persophone and Hades is GENIUS (GO MEG CABOT)!!!!!!!!  She did a wonderfull job on this book, and I just had to read it twice.  You never know what is about to happen in this book.  I recomend this to all of my friends. I would say it is for 12-20 year-old readers, though.  This was a great read during the summer, with just enough creepy-ness (word?) to keep you reading.  This has just the right amounts of romance, action, and a little humor.  READ THIS BOOK!!!!
